Pamela Baker Dillion, Ed.D. is a clinical special educator with earned degrees in school psychology, special education and literacy. She has dedicated her 30+ year career to advocacy for the needs of children who have special needs. Her areas of research include alternative treatments and accommodations for children with learning disabilities and ADHD. She has managed multi-million dollar grants to support inclusion for the State of Ohio Department of Education, worked as a psychometrician for Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center, and has served as the Director of Student Services for several districts both public and private in the Cincinnati Area. She was a professor of education for Notre Dame College training teachers to be special educators. She works for Pearson Education as a research field examiner for new testing and provides a computer software licensed by Pearson to help children and adults to improve short term memory.
Since retirement she has completed training to become a long-term care ombudsman for the state of Ohio advocating for the rights of seniors in the community.
